STAD – new collaborative store of Cape Town design brands comes to
Johannesburg

Johannesburg
Coming to Johannesburg for the months of September
to December 2012, STAD is a retail pop-up shop displaying unique and emerging
creative design from Cape Town.
It is a lifestyle-shopping destination that
encompasses beautifully crafted products, ranging from furniture, apparel,
jewelry, and illustration to ceramics.
The venture is an exciting opportunity to show off
work from one city, in another, allowing for greater connectively, awareness
and support of local talent.
The brands taking part in STAD were carefully
selected to offer a full and varied customer experience that aims to allow
every customer visiting to find something they love.
“The idea behind the name came from how we see the
concept of the shared space - transitional and moving, from one place to
another; from city to city – stad to stad.
